§ 1 PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS

This Regulation sets out the rules for accessing and using the crazybubble.pl website. The provisions of the Regulation define the rights and obligations of Users, as well as the rights, obligations, and scope of responsibility of the entity operating the Service. The User should familiarize themselves with the content of this Regulation before using the Service.

§ 2 DEFINITIONS

The terms used in this regulation, written with capital letters, mean:
  • a) Facebook – the social networking site Facebook, available at http://www.facebook.pl, connected with an application of the same name;
  • b) Operator – crazybubble.pl, represented by CB Poland Sp. z o.o. at 14 Korczoka Street in Zabrze 41-806;
  • c) Regulation – this document;
  • d) Service – the crazybubble.pl website, available at the web address https://crazybubble.pl;
  • e) User – a natural person using the Service;

§ 3 GENERAL PROVISIONS

The data controller is CB Poland Sp. z o.o. based in Zabrze 41-806 at 14 Korczoka Street. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of universally applicable law, and the data is stored on secured servers. The condition for using the Service is that the User reads and accepts the provisions of the Regulation.

§ 4 DATA ADMINISTRATOR

The service provider is the data controller of its customers. This means that if you have an account on our website, we process your data such as name, surname, username, email address, and date of birth. The service provider is also the data controller for individuals subscribed to the newsletter. Personal data is processed:
  • a. in accordance with the provisions of data protection law,
  • b. in accordance with the Regulation,
  • c. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape, amend, or terminate the Agreement, and for the proper performance of the Services provided electronically,
  • d. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the person concerned: to the extent and purpose consistent with the consent you have given if you signed up for the newsletter.
Each individual whose data is being processed has the right to access, rectify, delete, or restrict processing, the right to object, and the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact with the person supervising the processing of personal data in the Service Provider’s organization is possible via email at: info@crazybubble.pl. We reserve the right to process your data after the termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent necessary to pursue potential claims in court or if national or EU law or international law obliges us to retain the data. The service provider has the right to share the User’s personal data and other data with entities authorized under the relevant provisions of law (e.g., law enforcement agencies). The deletion of personal data may occur as a result of the withdrawal of consent or a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data. If personal data is necessary to perform a particular Service, a request to delete this data is equivalent to a declaration of termination of the agreement for the provision of that Service. The service provider does not share personal data with other entities than those authorized under the relevant legal provisions. Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by us or processors with whom we closely cooperate.

§ 5 TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND COOKIES

Using the Service is possible provided that the User has access to the Internet and that the User’s IT system meets the following minimum technical requirements:
  • a) Internet Explorer browser version 8.0 or newer with cookies enabled, or
  • b) Mozilla Firefox browser version 3.0 or newer with cookies enabled, or
  • c) Google Chrome browser version 21.0 or newer with cookies enabled.
The Operator makes every effort to ensure continuous and uninterrupted access to the Service; however, it cannot guarantee its uninterrupted operation. Any disruptions and difficulties in the operation of the Service should be immediately reported to the Operator. To ensure the safety of Users, the Operator takes the necessary technical and organizational measures appropriate to the content and purpose of the Service. Cookies, commonly known as “cookies,” are text files sent by the Service and stored in the web browser, containing certain information related to the use of the Service by Users and Registered Users. The Operator uses cookies to ensure the proper functioning of the Service, to analyze Service traffic statistics, and to integrate the Service with external services such as Facebook. The cookies used by the Service can be either temporary or permanent. Temporary cookies are deleted when the User closes their browser, while permanent cookies are stored even after the User finishes using the Service and are used to store information that facilitates later access to the Service (password, login). At any time, it is possible to block the use of cookies and delete permanent cookies using the appropriate settings available in the web browser. Limiting or blocking the use of cookies may affect the proper use of some functionalities available in the Service.

§ 12 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content available in the Service is protected under the provisions of the Copyright and Related Rights Act (Journal of Laws 1994 No. 24, item 83, as amended). Without the written consent of the Operator, copying, reproducing, and further sharing of materials found in the Service is prohibited, except in cases specified by the universally applicable law.

§ 13 COMPLAINTS

In the event of any concerns related to the functioning of the Service, complaints should be submitted to the Operator via email at: info@crazybubble.pl. A complaint should include the email address of the person submitting it and a brief description of the concerns being raised. The response to the complaint may be provided to the User via email.

§ 14 FINAL PROVISIONS

In matters not regulated by this Regulation, the provisions of universally applicable law shall apply. The Operator reserves the right to amend this Regulation for important reasons. Important reasons justifying a change in the Regulation include, in particular, changes in universally applicable law, organizational changes on the part of the Operator, changes in the scope of services provided by the Operator, or the inability to continue providing services under the current conditions. The Operator is the data controller of Registered Users’ personal data.
