The crazybubble.pl service will process your personal data solely for statutory purposes, in accordance with the principles listed in Article 5 of the GDPR. The processing of your data for direct marketing purposes is not permitted.

Right to Object

You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for the purposes and on the grounds mentioned above. We will stop processing your data for these purposes unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or if the data is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

The service will store the data for the period necessary to properly perform the contract, but no longer than until the expiration of any claims or the expungement of convictions.

Your personal data may only be shared with our employees and volunteers who are subject to confidentiality obligations, to whom the processing of personal data has been entrusted in writing, and who are liable for any breach of data processing principles.

In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to:

  • a) access your data and receive a copy of it;

  • c) request deletion, restriction, or object to its processing;
  • d) transfer your data;
  • e) file a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Providing your data is voluntary; however, failure to provide it may hinder the use of services and activities offered by the crazybubble.pl service.

Please note that we do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, and your data is not subject to profiling.

You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data (including data belonging to special categories) at any time; however, withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
